Paul Clark, like many Sarasotan’s, chose this fabulous area after having lived in other parts of the country. His life began in Ohio, then to New Jersey, and next Colorado for college. After graduation, Paul spent several years in Vail as a general contractor building condominiums, then to Casey Key where his family had settled. 

Paul spent 8 years running a successful architectural millwork and cabinetry company in Sarasota before selling it to join his family’s property management company. Paul served as President of that company for 15 years gaining invaluable experience and expertise in the area of homeowners associations and Florida condo law and practices. In 2000 he was enticed to build again with the esteemed ML Collingwood organization, this time high-end, custom, luxury homes. It was at this time that Paul acquired his Florida General Contractor’s License. 

In 2003 Paul made the decision to combine the skills and experience of these “home-related” careers and enter full-time real estate sales. He is known for being one of the best problem solvers in the business as he is incredibly resourceful when there is an issue of any sort be it maintenance, repair, construction, zoning, contractual or just a difference of opinion. Paul can solve anything. Paul is an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoys hiking, mountain biking and kayaking. Paul Clark is loved by his clients for his down-to-earth personality and the old-fashioned work ethic that he brings to his business.
