Sarasota is Starting To Get Busy
Now that school is back in session, the highways and byways of Sarasota are starting to become noticeably busier. The wait for a table at a restaurant is a bit longer and the stores are filling up with busy shoppers. Folks are back in town after a rather quiet summer and the showing activity on our listings demonstrates this. I believe that coming into the fall season we are going to continue to see increased buying activity as there is a lot of “pent up” demand from buyers. People have been looking and looking and now, it seems, I am hearing more and more folks say they are ready to make a decision and proceed on a home. This is great for Sarasota as we will continue to see our listing inventory shrink causing the supply and demand issue to get back to a healthy balance. I am truly optimistic that sales are going to be plentiful between now and the end of this calendar year. Bring ‘em on!!!
