Sarasota County Inventory of Homes for Sale Falls Significantly
The Inventory of Homes for Sale in Sarasota County falls significantly.
Sale figures are up. Sales have increased five-fold over May of 2007.
The inventory of homes over $1 million is half of what it was back in January.
If you are considering buying, now is the time to do so. Sellers will soon become less willing to be flexible.
